Major Responsibilities
  • Job Description
  • - Contribute by sharing area knowledge in initial planning for new Macro, Micro, SF, Repeater & IBS sites at responsible zones.
  • - Validate the field survey reports and feasibility analysis for the sites, Preparation of the RF Plan for the responsible area.
  • - Maintain the 2G & 4G Major KPIs optimization- CDR, Inaccessibility, HOSR, Throughput, Data Drop Rate etc.
  • - Contribute in resolving customer complains related to RSM within SLA; investigation and resolution of B2B & B2C customer complaints for both CS & PS.
  • - Analyze and take improvement actions against worst performing cells/clusters on daily/weekly basis generated against different major KPIs.
  • - Take initiatives to solve various issue raised from available competitive insights like Benchmark drive test, NPS, Facebook insights, Ookla reports etc on regular basis to ensure improvement in network performance.
  • - Ensure necessary supports related to change of logical and physical parameters during different Quality Projects.
  • - Facilitate different on demand and preset reports in daily, weekly, and monthly basis consisting different statistical data of the network.
  • Academic Qualification- B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical and Electronics or Telecommunication
  • Job Experience Required- 4-5 Years of relevant experience in all technology (2G, 3G & 4G)
  • Required Capabilities- Advance knowledge of GSM & LTE technology
  • - Advance knowledge of 2G/3G/4G Design
  • - Advance knowledge of 2G/3G/4G Optimization
  • - Basic Knowledge of 5G design & Optimization
Required Academic Qualifications
  • B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical and Electronics or Telecommunication
