Major Responsibilities
  • Job Description
  • - Formulate the business / brand’s growth strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies.
  • - Identify management information that is necessary for ensuring that the performance across all marketing priority areas can be monitored accurately and that any hindrances to strategies are discovered at an early stage
  • - Coordinate with relevant media and creative agencies and internal teams to plan and execute ATL, BTL and micro campaigns.
  • - Translate consumer insights into new campaign requirements and define clear strategies and plans to acquire – engage – retain them; continuously re-evaluate the existing campaigns and identify improvement scopes through data driven insights.
  • - Determine the necessary pace of improvement in marketing performance across a wide range of targets and standards, inclusive of setting appropriate milestones to be delivered.
  • - Direct & Guide the team to design end-to-end campaign strategies conception to defining objectives, execution plan, performance tracking and reporting
  • - Support the performance marketing team in day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels.
  • - Continuously oversea the test and optimization process for new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy
  • - Continuously track team members’ performance and ensure timely execution of campaigns by the team for leveraging maximum acquisition, engagement, and overall base growth
  • - Ensure planned execution of GTM plan by the team and month-on-month communication plan supported with budget.
  • - Analyze & Monitor the team members’ CVM plans in light with data driven analytics and guide the team for various marketing tools, insight & analytics
  • - Closely work with the business development/ revenue generation, product and platform, technology and all other relevant teams in order to ensure that there is a shared goal of improving marketing program and campaign performances and in revenue targets for the business
  • - Mentor the key personnel, assisting in the execution of their functional tasks, ensuring that their professional skills are consistently growing, and that they are ready to take up the duties for the next level
  • Academic Qualification- BBA/ BSc and/ or MBA/ MS/ Arts from a reputed university with major in Marketing/ Finance/ Computer Science/ Telecom Engineering/ Business Policy & Strategy
  • Job Experience Required- 10-12 years of experience working in a performance/brand marketing position within a fast paced and dynamic market environment having growth-focused experience in digital Advertisement (ad network, SSP, DSP, corporate), business development with a successful track record of leading a cross functional team and achieving challenging targets and standards. Suitable candidate should also have proven experience in managing both offline and online marketing programs and successfully delivering improvement in a business’s marketing performance.
  • Required Capabilities- A solid client, ad network and/or exchange-side experience with demonstrated expertise in monetization, business development, client management, communications, strategy & marketing within the mobile or digital space
  • - Thorough knowledge on digital ad eco-system
  • - Thorough knowledge in crafting sales pitches and presenting tailor made strategies to potential clients
  • - Solid knowledge with SDK-based publisher development
  • - Advance knowledge in sales/business development for a mobile or online advertising platform
  • - Strong knowledge and understanding of both the strategic and tactical implications for mobile video advertising,
  • - Good knowledge and understanding of the OTT content platform industry, digital market landscape and environment
  • - Strong knowledge on online marketing programs with CPC, CPA, and CPM cost models on Google,
  • - Facebook, Instagram, and content sites
  • - Thorough understanding of various online and offline marketing funnels
  • - Strong knowledge on data science and analytics
  • - Advance knowledge and understanding on Startup eco system
Required Academic Qualifications
