Major Responsibilities
  • Job Description
  • - Collect market insights, analyze those and evaluate the performance of existing products and services and develop techniques to expand and improve them, thereby provide significant input to develop long and short term strategy on voice segment
  • - Identify segment opportunities, review pricing strategies and facilitate management decision with in-depth industry, market applicability and feasibility analysis
  • - Evaluate product promotions and campaign plans, road maps and finalize and ensure them implemented understanding with management
  • - Identify opportunities to grow voice subscribers in regional/thana level working closely with regions and acquisition team to extract from SRAN and LUS and TMS losing areas with market interventions in terms of product portfolio and retail incentives
  • - Identify pricing opportunity and optimize tariff to compensate value erosion and cannibalization to free OTT & IPTSP providers, based on competitive advantage in alignment with overall company pricing strategy (e.g., VFM)
  • - Ensure team is equipped with the requisite knowledge by identifying training requirements to develop team members
  • - Guide in strategizing Emergency Balance business with the objective of growing disbursement and customer penetration
  • - Lead the team to drive total Inbound & Outbound roaming revenue, and assist in the launch of new services to extended roaming footprint.
  • Academic Qualification- Business Graduate/BSc with MBA preferred
  • Job Experience Required- Minimum 10-12 years of product pricing experience in IT/digital/telecommunication
  • Required Capabilities- Hands-on product pricing and product lifecycle management in GSM business
  • - Knowledge on charging system, platforms, telco ecosystem
  • - Strong people management and leadership skills to guide a competent team towards business goals.
  • - Thorough knowledge on product roadmap and pricing strategies, pricing methodologies, segmentation, customers profiling
  • - Comprehensive familiarity with competitive environment, market trends and consumer mindset
  • - Understanding on Project Management
  • - Sound knowledge of Brand management & Communication management
  • - Good Business acumen and market understanding
Required Academic Qualifications
  • Business Graduate/BSc with MBA preferred
