Head of Decision Support & Performance Management  
Major Responsibilities
  • Develop and establish a business performance management structure to support and drive business performance
  • Develop and implement an effective decision support structure for accurate and timely decision making
  • Develop/Improve framework for post-evaluation system considering the business activities, growth matrix, value, the volume of transactions, etc. including investment reviews
  • Establish and maintain multi-layer business performance and profitability structure combining BL market archetype/cluster, region, site, and product-level
  • Spot trends and movements in business drivers and provide on-time/ early signals to management, commercial Leads, and Segment heads to take appropriate action to improve and retain performance levels as required
  • Lead the analysis with respect to all relevant business and commercial drivers and assess commercial projects (tariffs, campaigns, new business models, etc.) for financial feasibility
  • Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams and the broader value chain of the organization in order to establish better teamwork and bridging in the performance-driven process
  • Ensure staff is equipped with the requisite knowledge, identify training requirements, manage the performance of direct reports through objective setting, continuous support and feedback, and formal appraisal
Required Academic Qualifications
  • Masters / MBA / Post Graduation in Business Studies. Professional Degree (ACCA/CMA/CA) is preferred
Required Experience
  • Minimum 8-10 years of total experience. Experience in Telecommunication or Technology company will be preferred
Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Mandatory experience in Financial Planning, Forecasting and reporting
  • Advanced analytical skills, trend analysis and creating new business opportunities
  • Financial and Reporting knowledge, Ability to convert understating into applications
  • Advanced knowledge on telecom industry, Digital solutions, business modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business combinations
  • Project Management experience is preferred
  • Advanced level of knowledge in excel, power point, BI, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Collaboration with cross functional team and must be a good team player
