Decision Support & Performance Management Senior Manager  
Major Responsibilities
  • Provide support to establish a business performance management structure to support drive business performance and implement an effective decision support structure for accurate and timely decision making
  • Execute a planned decision support system covering all applicable revenue-generating and cost-related activities
  • Execute a robust 4-layer segment performance and analysis structure combining BLís four market archetypes combining with cluster, region, site, and product-level as agreed and analyze performance of Segment (all identified segments) and product profitability with the lowest level of granularity
  • Support periodic reporting of financial and operational results, interpret results and identify trends, highlight risks and propose appropriate actions for mitigation
  • Collaborate with business team and perform analysis with respect to all relevant business and commercial drivers
  • Spot trends and movements in business drivers and assist to provide on-time/ early signals to management, commercial Leads, and Segment heads to take appropriate action to improve and retain performance levels as required
  • Assess commercial projects (tariffs, campaigns, new business models, etc.) for financial feasibility and monitor the performance of projects, and guide product development/retirement process to achieve the companyís financial and operational targets
  • Collaborate and work with cross-functional teams and the broader value chain of the organization in order to establish better teamwork and assist in the bridging of the performance-driven process
Required Academic Qualifications
  • Masters / MBA / Post Graduation in Business Studies
Required Experience
  • 6-8 years of total experience. Experience in Telecommunication or Technology company will be preferred
Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Mandatory experience in Financial Planning, Forecasting, and reporting
  • Advanced analytical skills, trend analysis, and creating new business opportunities
  • Financial and Reporting knowledge, Ability to convert understating into applications
  • Advanced knowledge on the telecom industry, Digital solutions, business modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, and business combinations
  • Advanced level of knowledge in excel, PowerPoint, BI, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project Management experience is preferred
  • Collaboration with cross-functional team and must be a good team player
