Digital Solutions & Service Specialist Engineer  
Major Responsibilities
  • Lead project to meet capacity expansion, roll-out, CR, new integration, new feature deployment as per approved budget
  • Prepare the solution design, integration plan to deliver the service without interrupting live network and optimized resources
  • End to end Project Management for required deployment in order to support different projects.
  • Regularly monitoring platform KPI and ensuring the system is performing properly within the existing dimensioning
  • Performing necessary testing in test beds and share the result with concern teams before raising the final work order
  • Providing and ensuring necessary support for external and internal audit by cooperating with cross functional teams and DSS platform vendors
Required Academic Qualifications
  • BSc. In Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent from any reputed UGC approved institute
Required Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in Telecom vendor/Operator
Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Sound understanding of GSM architecture, VAS Service flow and Core Networks is a must have
  • Experience in working with Unix OS Systems
  • Knowledge in VAS specially in the field of Messaging GW (SMSC/MMSC/SMSGW), USSD GW, EIR, VAS Service Delivery Platform
  • Small scale end-to-end Project Management experience
  • Being able to understand how VAS service works, how it interconnects with other network elements
  • Sound knowledge & understanding of IP networking to understand functionality of different node
