SoHo Product Manager  
Major Responsibilities
  • Work with Head of B2B Product & Marketing to develop the action plan & execute SoHo product & marketing initiatives in line with overall SoHo segment strategy.
  • Drive the P&L of SoHo segment keeping in alignment with the overall B2B ambition of the designated organization.
  • Efficient product life cycle management and channel KPI monitoring will be one of the primary agenda of this role.
  • Establish daily/weekly/monthly SoHo segment KPI in accordance with B2B business plan and, cascade down to regional level with proper monitoring tool.
  • Assist SoHo channel through right product & campaign initiatives to drive revenue with quality acquisition and customer retention.
  • Coordinate with CVM team to retain & grow our existing customers contribution
  • Design, develop and implement products and services as per roadmap in collaboration with Technology, IT, Finance and other internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality UAT and product & services implementation in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance of all products & services under SoHo segment
Required Academic Qualifications
  • BBA/MBA preferably from Marketing/Finance from any reputed UGC approved institute
Required Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience inclusive of minimum 2 years of relevant experience in B2C/B2B Product and Service life cycle management in telecom industry
Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Sound knowledge on Telecom and SoHo business
  • In-depth Know-how of technical framework of Telecom Industry
  • Strong analytical skills and business know how
  • Effective presentation and communications skills
